We are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds. Any rare exceptions will be to the discretion of our leadership team. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!

Any requests for an exception must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Once again, exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Here's how we ship your orders:

Fulfillment

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Shipping

The average shipping time is 12 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Delivery

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address.

We offer international shipping and our standard shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.

Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged.

We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items.
